|  | Sam Henderson is a managing partner at Henderson & Futchko. He is a lifelong resident of Brevard County and has practiced law for many years. | 
| John Futchko has been practicing law since 1984. He has made it his entire career to represent people who have been injured or killed as a result of the negligence of others, and has had the privilege and honor to have represented over 2,500 people. He represents people of all ages who have been hurt in motor vehicle accidents, motorcycle accidents, slips and falls, bitten by dogs, or who were injured due to a lack of security. He represents people who have been injured by defective products ranging from heavy industrial machinery to simple tools. Mr. Futchko also helps people who have been the unfortunate victim of nursing home neglect. He helps people obtain Social Security Disability benefits that may be due them, and represents people whose claims for benefits have been denied or withheld by insurance companies.
Mr. Futchko obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan in 1974. After working at the University of Michigan Hospital for several years, he returned to law school and graduated in the top 10% of his class from the Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University in 1984. He received serveral awards recognizing his scholastic work in law school. He is licensed to practice law in Michigan and Florida, and is also admiteed to practice in Federal Court in both states. He is a member of the Florida and Michigan State Bar Associations, the Brevard County Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers. |  | DeDe Jackson earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida. She was honored by being appointed to the President's List and Dean's List each term. A Paralegal since 1997, she has been employed for the past 5 years with Henderson & Futchko, P.A. She has worked in a variety of legal areas assisting Sam Henderson primarily in worker's compensation claims, employment matters, personal injury cases, litigation, and medical malpractice.
DeDe is a lifelong resident of Brevard County, and an alumni of Eau Gallie High School. |  | Jennifer Somers earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies with a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida in 1999. She has been employed as a paralegal with Henderson & Futchko, P.A. for 3 years. She has worked in a variety of legal areas assisting John Futchko primarily in personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, and Social Security disability. |
