Sam Henderson
Sam was born and raised in the City of Rockledge, and graduated from Cocoa High School. He received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida. He then attended law school at the University of Florida. After graduation from law school he was employed as an Assistant State Attorney in St. Petersburg, Florida, before moving back to Brevard County and entering private practice. Since 1980, Sam has been engaged in the representation of many Brevard County residents in areas of workers compensation, personal injury and wrongful death, and family law matters.
Currently a South Merritt Island resident, he has been active in Little League, coaching, umpiring and all the things that it takes to make a program such as Little League run. He has also been very active in community theater and performing on stage at the Cocoa Village Playhouse in many productions over the years.
John Futchko
John Futchko has been practicing law since 1984. He has had the privilege and honor to have represented over 2,500 people who have been injured by the negligence or fault of others. He represents people of all ages who have been hurt in motor vehicle accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, or hurt on cruise ships. He has also represented people who have been injured by defective products ranging from heavy industrial machinery to simple tools. He helps people obtain Social Security Disability benefits that may be due them, and represents people whose claims for benefits have been denied or withheld by insurance companies. Mr. Futchko also practices in the areas of Family Law, including Collaborative Practice, and Criminal Law.Mr. Futchko obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan in 1974. He graduated in the top 10% of his class from the Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University in 1984, receiving several awards recognizing his scholastic work. He is licensed to practice law in Michigan and Florida, and is admitted to practice in Federal Court in both states. He is a member of the Florida and Michigan State Bar Associations, the Brevard County Bar Association, and the Florida Justice Association.
