Can my employer fire me if I am unable to work and if I am receiving
workers' compensation benefits?

Do I have to settle my workers' compensation case?

If your doctor indicates that you cannot return to your former position,
your employer may be able to offer a different position within your abilities.

request assistance. If you are still unable to return to work, contact

What if the insurance company denies my workers' compensation claim?
